What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

I do only charge the effective costs for transport. No handling fees are charged. Please check the table of rates to see the accurate prices for your Country.

From which country will the goods be shipped?

95% of my items will be shipped from the US and around 5% from the EU. You can verify from where your desired item will be shipped in the product description.

Can i return goods if the size does not fit?

I do print every single item according to your order. Therefore i can't just re-stock your item and exchange it for another size. That being said, just get in touch with me if you ordered a wrong size and i see what i can do for you.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

I do accept most Credit Cards, Paypal, SOFORT Überweisung and Apple Pay.

If you need any other payment method to be available, please do not hesitate to contact me.

How long will delivery take?

Once i have received your order and payment, your products should be shipped in 3 business day. Usually you should receive your order within 4-5 business days inside the US.

In case i experience a delay that exceeds 3 weeks (from order to delivery) we will contact you.Please read also my full delivery terms here.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The GTO Online Shop and Website is protected by SSL and all your entered data is encrypted. You can verify this in the adress bar of your internet browser (lock symbol).

What exactly happens after ordering?

After sending your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation is sent within minutes after receiving your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to a technical problem or an error in your email address (e.g. typo). In this case, please contact me immediately at [email protected] with the approximate time of the order and the ordered products or order number.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes! You will get a PDF invoice together with the order confirmation Email.
