What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We do only charge what we have to pay for the transport. No handling fees are charged. Please check the table of rates to see prices for your Country.
From which country will the goods be shipped?
GTO Clothing is a Swiss company, but we manufacture and print in Germany. Therefore shipping origin is allways Germany / EU.
Can i return goods if the size does not fit?
GTO Clothing manufactures and print every single item according to your order. So we are in general not able to exchange items because their size does not fit. Please see the exact sizing guide provided on every single product description to make sure you choose the right size. Please also check the Warranty and return page.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

How long will delivery take?
Once we have received your order and payment, the manufacturing process takes approx. 3 days and your products will be shipped then. Usually you should receive your order within 4-5 business days inside the EU. In case we have some delay that exceeds 3 weeks (from order to delivery) we will contact you.Please read also our full delivery terms here.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
The GTO Online Shop and Website is protected by SSL and all your entered data is encrypted. You can verify this in the adress bar of your internet browser (lock symbol).
What exactly happens after ordering?
After sending your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation is sent within minutes of our receiving your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to a technical problem or an error in your email address (e.g. typo). In this case, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the approximate time of the order and the ordered products.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes! You will get a PDF invoice together with the order confirmation Email.
